| قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ {١} | 1. SAY: "I SEEK refuge with the Lord of men, |
| مَلِكِ النَّاسِ {٢} | 2. The King of men, |
| إِلَٰهِ النَّاسِ {٣} | 3. The God of men, |
| مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ {٤} | 4. From the evil of him who breathes temptations into the minds of men, |
| الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ {٥} | 5. Who suggests evil thoughts to the hearts of men -- |
| مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ {٦} | 6. From among the jinns and men. |
