| قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ {١} |
1. Say: "O you unbelievers (who obstinately reject faith)! |
| لَا أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ {٢} |
2. "I do not worship that which you worship. |
| وَلَا أَنْتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ {٣} |
3. "Nor are you worshipping what I worship. |
| وَلَا أَنَا عَابِدٌ مَا عَبَدْتُمْ {٤} |
4. "Nor will I ever worship that which you worship. |
| وَلَا أَنْتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ {٥} |
5. "And nor will you ever worship what I worship. |
| لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ {٦} |
6. "You have your religion (with whatever it will bring you), and I have my religion (with whatever it will bring me). |
