| وَيْلٌ لِكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُمَزَةٍ {١} |
1. Calamity/scandal/woe to every/each backbiter/spurrer , defamer/blamer . |
| الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ {٢} |
2. Who gathered/accumulated property/possession/wealth and he counted it repeatedly. |
| يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ {٣} |
3. He thinks/supposes that (E) his property/possession/wealth made him immortal/eternal . |
| كَلَّا ۖ لَيُنْبَذَنَّ فِي الْحُطَمَةِ {٤} |
4. No but he will be discarded/thrown away (E) in the intense fire/Hell. |
| وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُ {٥} |
5. And what made you know/informed you what the intense fire/Hell (is)?477 |
| نَارُ اللَّهِ الْمُوقَدَةُ {٦} |
6. God`s fire, the ignited/kindled . |
| الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْأَفْئِدَةِ {٧} |
7. Which ascends/rises on (to) the hearts . |
| إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِمْ مُؤْصَدَةٌ {٨} |
8. That it truly is on them stationary/residing . |
| فِي عَمَدٍ مُمَدَّدَةٍ {٩} |
9. In extended/spread pillars/posts . |
